Permittee Agrees:

1.    To always use firearm safety and remain aware of your surroundings and others in the area, to always be sure of your target and what may be beyond it
2.    To assume all liability for injury, death, or damage which might result from exercise of the rights granted by this permit
3.    To comply with all State and Federal fire regulations
4.    To respect all road closures and other road management regulations.  Roads behind damaged or vandalized gates are closed unless posted by Flathead Ridge Ranch, LLC as “open to the public”
5.    Not to hunt on any Flathead Ridge Ranch, LLC lands in Lake County
6.    Not to bait or chase black bears and other bears with hounds/dogs 
7.    Not to block traffic on any road
8.    Not to drive off of established roadways
9.    To display a copy of this permit on the dashboard of your vehicle while hunting and present it when asked to do so
10.    No target shooting of paper targets, cans, trash, TVs or other items is permitted 
11.    Permit expires at the end of each calendar year from the date purchased
